Serengeti: Eagles, flamingos, cranes, vultures and stork

At lake Masek, flamingos ...
look for food
their reflection is almost perfect...
we get closer and they fly away
to land a little further.....
to our wonder.
Further away, 2 crowned cranes ( grues) on a branch...
display their magnificent plumage!
we pass by two love birds(petite perruche)
a superb tawny eagle,
and a snake eagle with yellow eyes.
Close to a colorful agama..

a barn owl ( effraie) hides in the hole of a rock
2 Ruppel's Griffon vultures watch
and land
close to a dead zebra...
to scavenge it
a kestrel flies by...

but it's getting dark
Giraffes profile in the evening light...
and a stork (cigogne) flies to join the others..
a top their acacia tree.
